The Expansion Portal — Membership Agreement

By purchasing or enrolling in The Expansion Portal, you agree to the following terms.

Effective date: September 2026

1. Membership & Access The Expansion Portal is a recurring membership granting access to content, activations, and resources as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. Access begins upon successful payment and continues for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.

2. Billing Your membership will be billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, per the plan you selected) to the payment method provided at signup. Billing will continue until you cancel. It's your responsibility to keep your payment information current — failed payments may result in a pause or loss of access.

3. Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting [support email]. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund any already-processed payment. You'll retain access through the end of your current paid period.

4. Refunds All membership payments are non-refundable. Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time, missed live sessions, or change of mind.

5. No Guarantee of Results Jaime Zajac offers coaching, channeled content, and energetic guidance for personal growth and educational purposes. This is not therapy, medical treatment, financial advice, or a substitute for professional care. Results, experiences, and outcomes are individual and not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing.

6. Content Use All materials provided through the membership — including activations, recordings, written content, and downloads — are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, distributed, resold, or shared outside the membership without written permission.

7. Changes to the Membership Content, features, and pricing may evolve over time. You'll be notified of any material changes to your membership terms or pricing in advance of your next billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaime Zajac and her business are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or use of The Expansion Portal.
